I collect contact information when a customer makes an inquiry through contact forms on my website. If we start working together, I may ask for additional information. 

What information I store 

I store contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses of active clients. I also securely store records of communication and payment invoices. I retain this information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of doing business with the client.

How I store the information

I store all contact information in my Insightly account which is a GDPR compliant Customer relationship management (CRM) system. I do not store or process any financial information.
